From copper rod to finished coil
A simple, controlled process – the same four steps for every metre we produce.

1Wire drawing
Copper and aluminium rods are drawn through dies to the exact strand diameter for each size.

Annealing
Strands are heat-treated to make them soft, bright and highly conductive, then bunched together.

3PVC insulation
The conductor is extruded with FR PVC in the colour you choose – red, yellow, blue, black or green.

4Coiling & packing
Finished wire is measured, coiled to 90 m standard length, labelled and packed for dispatch.
